Happy New Year: Some Updates

Spread the news - I am back from vacation.

Updates:

I've come to the sad conclusion that selling wearable art jewelry on Etsy is not the venue for me. I put a lot of work into advertising, sharing ideas, meeting others around the site and making friends of sellers. Buyers have either not found me despite the active promoting or prefer things at a lower price point. That's fine, but after 8 months and a few holidays and still no sales it's time to accept my loses.

For now no new items are going to be posted on Etsy as I don't particularly see the purpose. When the listings run out that's it - done. No more renewing in hopes that for half a second somebody will find me on the front page. So if you've favorited the item and are waiting to purchase it you might want to consider sooner rather than later.

This doesn't mean I am gone for good. I plan to figure things out over at eBay and make a switch. Hopefully this will be the venue for me and for my customers. I will keep readers of the blog updated. Most of my energies are devoted to my romance blog website and to work.

In the meanwhile much is happening over at Indie 5 Collective's Youtube group. We have a new member and you should seriously go check her out as well as the rest of the new videos.
